ENGRAVING GUIDE/HOW TO ORDER:
We have made it easy for you to tell us what you want by adding options for you to add a logo, design or text and if you need any help please email us for any special requirements at: studio@impressionslaserstudio.co.uk
1. Logo - You can select "Logo" in the drop-down design options and send your logo/artwork as a file with your order or after with your requirements + order number (this can also help if you're ordering multiple items, especially if you need different text on all the USB's as you can just send a list).
2. FIXED TEXT DESIGNS* (Combo A-E) - add your text using the text lines 1-3 on the listing - Line 1 will typically be your MAIN font, Line 2 would be the smaller font usually a date for example. If you need 3 Lines due to the word length/character count you can use Line 3 for the smaller font so Line 1 & 2 will be the MAIN font.
*We will fit on appropriate number of lines depending on the design options and text style/character count, this includes adjusting the size also if need be. If you have any concerns or specific layout requirements, please check with us before ordering.
ARTWORK/ LOGO REQUIREMENTS:
If you would like us to use your artwork/logo, please take a moment to carefully check our requirements
We accept most formats of artwork, including the following popular types, PNG, EPS, JPEG, PDF
Minimum Image Size [Not including outside border/whitespace]: 1000px x 1000px (350mm x 350mm)
We recommend you send us the highest resolution and size image to ensure we are creating from the best possible source, this will determine the best outcome and quality of engraving on your item!
Ideally we prefer black only with a transparent background, this can reduce the time we spend preparing your artwork/order and means you get it faster :)
All images/logo's/files should be sent in BLACK & WHITE if possible as a laser will only recognise BLACK and will not read anything in white, colour or greyscale!
DIGITAL PROOF:
We do not provide a Digital Proof as standard, unless you specifically ask when placing your order or we feel it might be needed if we are unsure about your requirement.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/WARRENTY
We invest a significant time testing USBs by running specialist software, this significantly reduces issues and means our customers are much happier and in the rare case if a fault occurs, we put things right quickly.
All our USBs come with 3 Months Warranty, giving you plenty of time to let us know if you have any issues so we can rectify quickly.

DATA WARNING:
In rare cases, errors may be experienced once the maximum capacity has been reached.
We suggest formatting the unit in FAT32 format if problems occur.
We recommend that you back up all data, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
The usb devices are upgraded cards, which means that the storage per card will vary per card.
As with other devices, once the maximum capacity has been reached, errors may occur.
The above is not uncommon for unbranded devices and by buying the device,
