1. Where do I send my logo?
You can email your logo/design to us at: studio@impressionslaserstudio.co.uk
2. What's the best format to send my logo in?
We accept most formats of artwork, including the following popular types: PNG, EPS, JPEG, PDF, Minimum Size: 600px x 600px / 210mm x 210mm (but the largest you have is best!)
Your logo should be sent in BLACK & WHITE if possible as a laser will only etch black and will not etch anything in white or grey scale!
We recommend you send us the highest resolution and size image to ensure we are creating from the best possible source; this will determine the quality of engraving!
3. What's the delivery time or turnaround?
Typically, your order will be produced within 7-12 working days and shipped 1st Class.
If you need it quicker then let us know, we can sometimes offer next day delivery depending on the order size.
4. Do you offer discount for more or multiple quantities?
Yes, some products on our website are already bundled with discount, or you can ask us and we will offer the best price we can.
