We have made it easy for you to help us create your perfect BOX & USB!
You have 3 OPTIONS/CHOICES when selecting your Box & USB:
1 - LOGO/YOUR ARTWORK [Select D1 for Box and/or E1 for USB]
You can simply send your logo/artwork as a file with your order or message us after placing your order. You can also click on the "Design Your Own" button on the product page below the options, you can upload your own files and create exactly as you want.
Please check your files meet our standards, ask us before ordering or read further down the section "ARTWORK/ LOGO REQUIREMENTS"
2 - TEXT ONLY & OUR FONTS [Select D2 for Box and/or E2 for USB]
Using our fonts 1-31 [see listing images] just add your text in the Box Text area and/or USB Text area. For this option, just add the font # (1-31) after each text line you want.
If you are ordering any bundles, you can simply add one by one with details or list them all by adding Box and USB as a list using the BULK ORDER NOTES section. Alternatively, if you want to discuss anything more specific to your needs, please get in touch.
See below an example of the format we recommend using when selecting this option (D2/E2):
BOX 1 = Line 1 - "Your Text/Names Here" (font #16)

Our Fixed Designs make it really easy for you, simply add your own personal text for each Box LID & USB. If you are ordering Mutliple USB's/Bundes you can simply list them all in the BULK ORDER NOTES Section using the following format:

ARTWORK/ LOGO REQUIREMENTS:
If you would like us to use your artwork/logo, please take a moment to carefully check our requirements
We accept most formats of artwork, including the following popular types, PNG, EPS, JPEG, PDF
Minimum Image Size [Not including outside border/whitespace]: 1000px x 1000px (350mm x 350mm)
We recommend you send us the highest resolution and size image to ensure we are creating from the best possible source, this will determine the best outcome and quality of engraving on your item!
Ideally we prefer black only with a transparent background, this can reduce the time we spend preparing your artwork/order and means you get it faster :)
All images/logo's/files should be sent in BLACK & WHITE if possible as a laser will only recognise BLACK and will not read anything in white, colour or greyscale!
DIGITAL PROOF:
We do not provide a Digital Proof as standard, unless you specifically ask when placing your order or we feel it might be needed if we are unsure about your requirement.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/WARRENTY
We invest a significant time testing USBs by running specialist software, this significantly reduces issues and means our customers are much happier and in the rare case if a fault occurs, we put things right quickly.
All our USBs come with 3 Months Warranty, giving you plenty of time to let us know if you have any issues so we can rectify quickly.

DATA WARNING:
In rare cases, errors may be experienced once the maximum capacity has been reached.
We suggest formatting the unit in FAT32 format if problems occur.
We recommend that you back up all data, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
The usb devices are upgraded cards, which means that the storage per card will vary per card.
As with other devices, once the maximum capacity has been reached, errors may occur.
The above is not uncommon for unbranded devices and by buying the device,
you agree that you have read and understood the above.
